FUSED ALUMINA - MAIN PRODUCTS
White Fused Alumina (WA) Electronically fused by extremely high heat, it is a synthetic mineral using Bayer alumina. Its high purity in grade and quality from strict processing yields various size fractions for according applications – cutting and polishing, painting materials, surfacing tools, coatedabrasive parts and equipment, laminate sheeting, etc.
Three major categories other than regular grits:
■ Micro-powder
Used for manufacturing bonded and coated abrasives, wet or/and dry blasting, grinding, polishing,
and making quality refractory materials.
■ Super Polishing Micro-powder
Yield from tough and sharp abrasive crude, highly suitable for grinding metals of high tensile strength.
Its micro sized powder is even harder and more ideal in manufacturing refractory tools and products.
Also used for blasting and surface hardening in high gloss.
■ Special Micro-powder
Made of White Fused Alumina and features well shaped, even grains, excellent for molding and polishing.
It is also highly suitable for casting equipment and machinery for smooth, stable, and precise results.
Pink Fused Alumina (PA) Resulted from a blend of Bayer alumina and oxidized chromium (Chromium Oxide). Precisely controlled fusion process yields excellent purity and optimized durability, which are perfect for grinding, fine surfacing, cutting and abrasion applications through its high cleanness.
Brown Fused Alumina (macro) Tough and sharp, it is best for high ductile metals in grinding, as wells as for blasting, surface hardening, and refractory because of its thermal nature.
Silicon Carbide (macro) Also a synthetic mineral, but ideal for less ductile metals although its harness and sharpness are superb, thus is commonly used for furniture, casted iron, granite and marble polishing. Its thermal feature plays a perfect roll in refractory applications.
Packing: 25 kg multiply paper bags of 1000 kg palletized for all above products. Also in custom packaging on request..
